Plunge Bras

A plunge bra has a deep V-cut at the center front — much lower than a standard bra — designed to sit below the neckline of low-cut tops without showing. If you've ever worn a low-cut shirt or dress and had to keep pulling your bra down to hide it, a plunge bra solves the problem structurally.

The construction pushes the bust inward as well as up, creating cleavage while keeping the center gore low enough to disappear under a V-neck. The cups are typically underwired with light-to-medium padding — the underwire holds shape, the padding smooths and shapes.

Fit matters more on a plunge bra than on most other constructions. The center gore has to sit flat against the sternum — if it doesn't, the bra doesn't work properly. That means proper size and shape are essential. Ours are graded properly across the range so the center gore sits where it should.

Plunge bras work under deep V-necks, wrap dresses, low-cut tops, and evening wear. They also work well as everyday bras for people who mostly wear V-neck tops.
