Wireless Bras
Wireless bras trade some structure for comfort. There's no underwire, so the bra doesn't dig in the way an underwired bra sometimes does — but the support has to come from somewhere, which usually means a wider band, better fabric construction, and careful cut. Done well, a wireless bra can support even a larger bust; done badly, it just gives up on both structure and comfort.
The construction is what makes or breaks a wireless bra. The band has to be wider than an underwired band to compensate for the lack of wire. The straps have to be wider or better placed. The cup has to have some structure — either through soft-cup shaping, light padding, or the cut of the fabric itself — to hold shape without wire underneath.
Wireless bras work particularly well for everyday wear under casual clothes, for smaller busts where less structural support is needed, for anyone who finds underwire uncomfortable, and for sleep or lounge wear.
Our wireless bra collection covers soft-cup lace bralettes (the most casual end — comfortable enough for lounging), lightly padded wireless styles (structure without wire), and full-coverage wireless bras for larger busts (wider band and straps for real support).
