Half-Padded Bras

Half-padded bras sit between non-padded (soft cup, natural shape) and full padded (structured, more shaping). The lower portion of the cup has light padding — enough to smooth the bust line under clothes — while the top of the cup stays soft and follows the natural shape. It's often the most versatile bra construction for daily wear.

The practical case: half-padded bras give shape without adding size. The lift comes from the padded lower cup providing structure; the natural shape stays because the upper cup isn't foamed. This means the bra reads as flattering under fitted clothes without making the bust look artificially larger.

Half-padded bras also solve a specific problem — visible nipple through thin fabrics. Because there's structure in the lower cup, it smooths the whole area without the shape change that full padding creates.
